- Payment processing fees and money transfer fees may be charged to the client.
- Payment method
- Credit card (via Stripe or PayPal) or bank transfer (international transfers via Wise supported). Payment is made in advance.
- Payment timing
- Payment is due by the date we specify after you submit your request. We begin work once payment is confirmed.
- Timing of service delivery
- Once payment is confirmed, we schedule the service in coordination with you.
- Cancellations and refunds

- If you cancel before the session takes place and before we have begun preparing your materials, we refund the full amount, minus payment processing fees.
- Rescheduling is free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Once a session has taken place, or once your travel design brief has been delivered, we are unable to offer a refund, given the nature of the service.
- Travel contracts related to Full Journey Planning are governed by our Standard Travel Agency Terms and Conditions.
